Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with T-Shirt Dealers - Nikhea Rose LLC!

Because all items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing, color selection, or design choices made at checkout.

Exceptions

We will happily provide a replacement or refund if:

• You received the wrong item
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• There is a printing or production error caused by us

To request a replacement or refund:

• Contact us at nikhearosellc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos showing the issue
• Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

Once your request is approved, we will either:

• Ship a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method. 

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom or personalized apparel
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.  Once production has started, changes or cancellation are not possible.
