All of our items are made to order, so please allow Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships.

Processing Time

• Standard production time: 5-7 business days
• Custom or personalized orders may take up to 10 business days
• Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package. 

Shipping Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier delays.
